We will assist and advise on the preparation of documents and/or electronic submissions, the calculation and payment of taxes, duties and excises, and general clearance procedures for importers and exporters.

And most importantly, our offices are fully licensed customs brokers with direct EDI links to all major NWC ports and local customs offices for a swift and efficient customs clearance process.

Our AEO status (Authorised Economic Operator) means that our customers can be sure their cargo is in safe hands. To clarify, AEO is a recognized status within the EC which means that consignments are fast-tracked through customs controls. So, when AEO consignments are selected by customs for examination or inspection, they receive priority over non-AEOs, making the whole process run more smoothly and efficiently.
